INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Before shipping, warm the milk to room temperature to prevent condensation.
2. Place the breast milk in a sealed high quality freezer bag or breast milk bag. Double bag for safety while shipping.
3. Label the bag with your name and order number.
4. Ship in a box to prevent damage in transit.
5. We suggest you get a tracking number for your package.
